Prevention of lower back pain

To avoid the relaxation of the tissues and ligaments of the pelvis and the back, you must do daily exercises that focus on the pelvic area, and one of the best exercises or sports is walking, and these exercises help to reduce obesity, and reduce weight gain during pregnancy, which leads to lower back pain, in addition To follow the correct things in the movements of women in their daily practices, and it is preferable to wear comfortable shoes for women in general, regardless of whether they are pregnant or not, in addition to maintaining the intake of calcium-rich foods to strengthen bones, and avoid their fragility and pain. As for pregnant or menstruating women, they must eat larger quantities. of calcium during this period. Among these methods are the following:
  • Sleep on a comfortable mattress, and not be exposed to direct air during sleep.
  • Maintaining an appropriate body weight, for each kilogram increase corresponds to 10 kilograms of stress in the back area.
  • Start the day with some exercises that help with muscle flexibility to reduce muscle cramps.
  • Use the correct way to carry things.
